What To Expect

Initial Consultation

I provide a free 20-minute phone consultation for you to get a sense of my treatment approach. This phone call lets us discuss why you are seeking services, ask each other questions, and determine if we are a good match for therapy.

Use Insurance

I am in-network to accept the following insurance plans:

Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross, CA Blue Shield, Carelon, Cigna, Kaiser, L.A. Care, Optum, Oscar Health, Oxford, UMR, UnitedHealthcare

Sessions

*I am currently only providing sessions via a confidential Telehealth video calls at this time.*

Treatment modality is adult individual sessions. All sessions are 50 minutes long and held once per week unless previously agreed upon.

Fees

I provide individual therapy at a rate of $175 per session. Payment options include credit card, flexible spending account (FSA), and health savings account (HSA).

You are entitled to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of what the charges could be for therapy services provided to you. Your total cost of services will depend upon the number of therapy sessions you attend, your individual circumstances, and the type and amount of services that are provided to you.

Cancellation Policy

I request a 24-hour notice of cancellation for our scheduled session. Cancellations and re-scheduled sessions will be subject to a full payment fee if not received at least 24 hours in advance. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you.
